- digital courses, memberships, and group coaching programs
- live events conducted online or in person
- access to online communities hosted on platforms such as Skool, Kajabi, or similar systems used by the Company
All services are strictly educational and coaching based. They are intended for personal development purposes only and are not medical, psychological, clinical, or therapeutic treatment of any kind.
Not Therapy or Medical Treatment
Company’s programs and services are educational and coaching-based only. They are not and must not be considered or used as:
- psychotherapy
- counseling
- psychological or psychiatric treatment
- medical advice or medical care
- a substitute for therapy or professional mental health services
- crisis intervention or emergency support
Neither Company nor any individuals involved in delivering programs are licensed mental health professionals, medical providers, or qualified to diagnose, treat, or manage any mental, emotional, or medical condition.
Nothing provided by Company—whether spoken, written, demonstrated, or implied—should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
If you have, suspect you may have, or develop any mental health concerns, emotional difficulties, trauma-related symptoms, or medical issues, you agree to seek help from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
If you are experiencing an emergency or crisis situation, you must contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately, as Company does not provide emergency support.
2. Eligibility and Personal Responsibility
By participating in any Company program, service, or event, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.
2.2 Voluntary Participation
Your participation is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether any activity, exercise, or discussion is appropriate for you and for choosing the level of your own involvement.
2.3 Personal Responsibility for Mental & Emotional Health
You are solely responsible for:
- monitoring your own emotional and mental state
- recognizing your personal limits
- choosing whether to continue, pause, or discontinue participation
- seeking assistance from licensed professionals when needed
Company does not diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions and does not assume responsibility for your personal well-being.
2.4 Independent Decision-Making
You understand and agree that all decisions and actions you take before, during, or after participation are entirely your own.
Company is not responsible for how you interpret, apply, or respond to any information or material provided.
All information, content, and materials offered by Company are for general educational purposes only. Company does not direct, control, supervise, or oversee how you choose to interpret, use, or apply such information.
You assume full and exclusive responsibility for all decisions, actions, choices, and outcomes that result from your participation or from your use of any Company content, and you agree that Company has no liability for any such outcomes.
3. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Conduct
3.1 Confidentiality of Participants
You agree to respect the privacy of all participants.
You may not disclose, share, copy, or distribute any personal information, comments, experiences, or identifying details of other participants obtained through any Company program, service, or community.
3.2 No Recording or Distribution
You may not record, capture, photograph, screenshot, duplicate, upload, share, or distribute any portion of Company programs, sessions, calls, materials, or community content.
Unauthorized recording or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from programs without refund, in addition to any legal remedies available to Company.
3.3 Proper Use of Community Spaces
Any community platforms provided by Company (including but not limited to Skool, Kajabi, or similar systems) must be used solely for their intended purpose.
You may not:
- post defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content
- harass or abuse any participant or staff member
- solicit or promote goods or services
- attempt to recruit or advertise to other participants
- interfere with or disrupt program delivery or community functioning
Company may remove any content or participant that violates these rules at its discretion.
3.4 Confidentiality of Company Materials
All materials, exercises, examples, processes, and discussions within programs are confidential and for personal use only.
You may not share, publish, disclose, or use such materials outside the program without written permission from Company.
4. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
4.1 Ownership of Company Materials
All content, materials, and information provided, displayed, demonstrated, or made available by JulienHimself Inc (“Company”) in any program, session, event, platform, or product—including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, exercises, demonstrations, worksheets, frameworks, curriculum, processes, presentations, community content, and any other program-related materials (“Company Materials”)—are and remain the sole and exclusive property of Company.
Company Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you at any time.
4.2 Limited Personal License
Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Company Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license is for individual use only.
You receive no rights of authorship, ownership, or control.
4.3 Prohibited Uses
You understand and agree that you may not, under any circumstances:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Company Materials
- record, screenshot, download, or capture Company content in any form
- publish, upload, or post Company Materials online or in any public or private forum
- modify, edit, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
- teach, present, or use Company Materials in your own programs, services, or business
- provide, sell, license, or otherwise make Company Materials available to any third party
- use Company Materials to develop, enhance, or assist a competing program, product, or service
- share or transfer login credentials or allow another individual access under your account
Any unauthorized use of Company Materials is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Work Product and Derivative Use
All concepts, ideas, methods, frameworks, structures, and training processes taught or revealed within any program are considered Company’s proprietary Work Product.
You may apply these concepts personally in your own life, but you may not:
- present them as your own
- incorporate them into any commercial offering
- use them in a coaching, consulting, or training capacity
- replicate the structure, sequence, or methodology of Company programs
4.5 No Rights to Recordings
You have no right to:
- copy, store, or retain coaching session recordings
- create your own recordings of Company events
- redistribute or share recordings in any format
Recordings remain the exclusive property of Company.
4.6 Injunctive Relief and Enforcement
You acknowledge and agree that any unauthorized use, copying, distribution, or exploitation of Company Materials constitutes immediate and irreparable harm to Company for which monetary damages may be inadequate.
Accordingly, Company is entitled to seek:
- immediate injunctive relief
- equitable remedies
- recovery of damages
- recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs
in connection with any violation of this Section.
4.7 Reservation of Rights
Company reserves all rights in and to Company Materials not expressly granted in these Terms.
Your license to access Company Materials may be revoked at any time for any violation of these Terms, without refund.
5. Fees, Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks
5.1 Fees and Payment Obligations
All fees for Company programs, products, or services must be paid in full or according to the payment plan selected at the time of purchase.
By purchasing, you authorize Company to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount, including any applicable recurring payments.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up to date for the duration of any payment plan.
5.2 All Sales Are Final
Unless a specific program page explicitly states otherwise in writing, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Company does not provide refunds, credits, or cancellations for:
- digital products
- online courses
- memberships
- group coaching programs
- live programs
- event tickets
- partial participation
- unused access
- early withdrawal or inability to participate
5.3 Payment Plans
If you enroll using a payment plan:
- all scheduled payments must be completed
- access may be revoked for non-payment
- unpaid balances may be forwarded to collections or legal action
- dissatisfaction with the program does not release you from payment obligations
5.4 Chargebacks and Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any reason without first contacting Company to resolve the issue.
Company reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with proof of:
- purchase
- access
- participation
- digital delivery
- adherence to stated terms
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback may result in removal from all Company programs and may be pursued as a debt or breach of contract.
5.5 Promotional Pricing and Discounts
Promotional pricing, discounts, or limited-time offers cannot be retroactively applied to prior purchases.
All pricing is final at the time of purchase.
5.6 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or assessments that may apply to your purchase based on your location or jurisdiction.

Access to Company programs, services, and materials is granted solely to the individual who purchased the program.
Account access, login credentials, and program enrollment may not be:

- sub-licensed

- violation of community rules

Termination for cause may occur without notice and without refund.

If access is discontinued for reasons not related to your breach of these Terms, Company may provide access to an equivalent alternative or partial credit at Company’s discretion.

Temporary downtime, technical issues, platform changes, or maintenance may occur.

7.4 Release of Liability

You understand that Company does not provide emergency, crisis, or urgent support.
If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, you must contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

8.1 No Guarantees
Company does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in any program, service, or event.
All outcomes vary by individual.
You understand that Company does not control your actions, decisions, or circumstances.
8.2 General Disclaimer
All information, content, and materials provided by Company are offered for general educational purposes only.
Company does not make any guarantees, representations, or warranties—express or implied—regarding:
- accuracy
- completeness
- reliability

8.3 No Liability for Reliance
